I used to be a big fan of logicaskincare a few years back, but this time around, I was really let down.

I ordered three items, including a 500ml cleanser, and when it showed up, the pump was broken, making it a hassle to use without taking it off. I reached out to Logicaskincare, but they were no help at all and insisted I send the product back. I inquired about getting a replacement pump, but they said that wasn’t an option and I had to return it. When I asked for a returns label, they told me that wasn’t possible either, and I’d get reimbursed for the shipping once they received the product back.

I find it pretty unacceptable that I have to carve out time to hit the post office, deal with the weight of the 500ml bottle, pay for packaging, and then be left without any cleanser until they send me a new one, plus maybe get my shipping costs back!

In the end, I just kept the faulty item since there was no further assistance offered.

Absolutely terrible service. I won’t be coming back.

After checking prices around, I found Logicalskincare to be the best choice. I was shocked at how much cheaper they were compared to other places, plus they threw in a free gift and samples! Usually, I’m pretty wary of sites I’m not familiar with, but I decided to give them a shot, and I’m really glad I did! They kept me updated the whole time about when my package would ship and when to expect it. The products are top-notch and truly fantastic. I’ll definitely keep getting my stuff from Logicalskincare. For several years, I've relied on Logical Skincare to get my Dermalogica items, and they’ve always come through for me. Even when I messed up my order, they kindly took back the return, unlike some other places that wouldn’t. If I wasn’t already a loyal shopper, that kind of service would’ve won me over for sure. Plus, their prices are hard to beat.

Awesome items and great service. The website is super easy to use for browsing and ordering. Top-notch products - definitely 5 stars for that! Shipped out fast, but got held up by Royal Mail. Would be nice if you could pick a more dependable courier :)

Got my Dermalogica goodies this morning, just before noon, and I only placed the order yesterday (Friday). Super impressive!! Plus, I scored a couple of free travel-sized samples and a bunch of (8) other samples to choose from.

This was my first time ordering from Logicalskincare, and I stumbled upon them while looking for a specific Dermatologica item I had sampled and enjoyed. I was really impressed! I needed the product in a hurry since it was a last-minute Christmas gift, and they shipped it out overnight at a great price for both the item and the delivery, especially considering it was during the holiday rush and on a Saturday—arrived by 9:30 AM! You might not always receive the free samples you ask for, but I suppose that’s based on what they have in stock when you place your order.
